We welcome all applications for participation! Print the two forms at the bottom of the page, fill them out completely, and submit your application packet via US MAIL to the address given. In order to be considered, your submission must include:
1] A fully completed application packet which includes:
a] application form (page 1)
b] signed vendor agreement (page 2)
2] A non-refundable $25 application fee
a] checks made out to Almanzo 100 race director Chris Skogen

3] At least 5 photo examples of your artwork/items, or URL for online samples.

DEADLINE & PAYMENT
A complete application packet, including all items listed above, must be received by 11:59 PM on February 18, 2011. Any applications that are incomplete at this time will be discarded. Any materials that are received after this time will not be accepted. Sorry, no exceptions.
You will be notified by Feb 22nd, 2011 by email if you are accepted. After that time, you will have 2 weeks to accept or decline. After the $25 application fee, the vendor booth space is free, and accepted applicants are responsible for table, chairs canopy (which is recommended).

Include a detailed description of your product.
We are judging based on the quality of your art. Need to get your photos online? Open a Flickr account, it’s free and easy. Incomplete applications will not be considered for acceptance.
